The air cooled water chiller is specially designed to meet the chilled water demand in tropical regions of the gulf areas, where summer temperatures often exceed 50℃, causing the water temperature in the roof water tank to be too high.
This system effectively cools rooftop tank water to a comfortable temperature, making it suitable for use in kitchens, laundries, and bathrooms. It uses fluorine-free and environmentally friendly refrigerant, which is highly efficient and does not damage the ozone layer. It adopts the world’s top brand compressor, which is of high efficiency and quiet operation.
The T3 air cooled water chiller consists of a refrigerant circuit and a water circuit. The refrigerant circuit includes the compressor, condenser coil, heat exchanger, and throttling device. The water circuit is composed of a water pump and the same water heat exchanger. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the water passing by the heat exchanger, thereby lowering the water’s temperature. The whole system is controlled by an intelligent digital controller with a user-friendly display.
Condenser Coils
Fin-and-tube type condenser coils with hydrophilic-coated aluminum fins for superior corrosion resistance. Inner-grooved copper tubes enhance refrigerant-side heat transfer efficiency.
Intelligent Control
The unit is supplied with a microprocessor-based digital controller, which is programmed to provide maximum protection to the system and accurate temperature control.
Water Pump
Domestic models feature a built-in circulation pump. Wilo or Shinhoo water pump is optional.
